
HOW TO WAKE UP AT THE EXACT TIME YOU WANT TO WAKE UP EARLY IN THE MORNING, NO SNOOZE:

Getting up early in the morning is as simple and easy as watching reels. It’s the simplest way and the easiest way that I have found to wake up early in the morning:
Before telling you how to get up early in the morning, which is as easy as pissing, I would like to introduce myself. I am Twow! This name is of course not real. But I am real. And the name I choose is just as random as this video. So, there is not any backstory to it. But I do have many because I am human and so are you.
The last time I remember, people spend their first 2 decades of life, literally 20 years, 2 decades going to school and college which means that you got to get up early in the morning so that you are punctual, or don’t miss the classes, or don’t miss the buses or all of the above.
If my bus is at 8:10. I used to wake up 7:30 brush by 7:35 bath and dress up 7:50, eat by 8:00, shit by 8:05 and then run down for my bus because I live in an apartment. It used to be like fast and furious, and guess what my mom tries to wake me up from 6:30 – 7:00 and I will be like 5 more minutes, 5 more minutes and I guess at least some of you can relate to that experience.
It was the same for me for almost a 2 decades. The only times I have got up early in the morning are during my exams, because they are a strong enough why and the pain of getting low marks is greater than the pain of sleeplessness.
So here comes the strategies to get up easily in the morning as easy as pissing in sleep:
1.Have a strong enough why:
· Getting good grades in exams used to be a very strong why for me because of my personal background and because that I believed that my whole life depended on them.
· So, it was easier for me to get up with just 2 hours of sleep or nearly no sleep at all during the exam times.
· It doesn’t have to be the same for your case. If you do not care about exams, then find something that you truly care about so that you have a strong enough why to get up early in the morning
2. Have a pain point:
· If there is some work, or something that needs to be done in the morning which when not done, if it causes a lot of discomfort to you greater than that of sleeplessness then you will surely get up early in the morning no matter what.
· As I said earlier exams are something that cause a lot of pain for me. For you it might be going to gym because you don’t look exactly the way you want to and you want to be proud of yourself.
· Or you might have an assignment or a work-related deadline due to which you got to get up early in the morning.
3. Have a pleasure point:
· I bet you won't say no to a chocolate ice cream on a summer day. And I too would not. Because it feels good. The same applies to other aspects in life. Watching our favorite tv shows give us more joy than doing some work that requires immense dedication and focus.
· Playing games in phone, pc or with friends, hanging out with friends is more fun that studying. I remember I have almost never got up before 9:30 or 10 am in the morning in my weekends. But if My friends and I have planned for playing cricket or football in the ground at 6:30, I would be there at 6. Because it is fun
· So, find something fun to do so that it is easy for you to get up early in the morning.
BONUS:
If you don’t have any of the above to get up early in the morning. Even if you have the above and you can't get up in the morning. There is a simple trick for you to get up refreshed.
I bet there will be atleast one song in your life that gives you the goosebumps, just keep it as the alarm ringtone and place your alarm or phone at a farther distance from your bed such that you have to get up and walk 4-5 step to hit snooze or switch off the alarm. So that before you know you will already be up on your feet, you will have a motivating song playing in the background and there you go….
So, this is the simplest way to get up early in the morning and I believe that it is easier than watching reels.
